1. Acceptance of Terms

The organisers of the NSW Formula Ford Championship ("organisers" provides its marketplace service to its competitors and teams, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice.

2. Description of Service

NSW Formula Ford Championship marketplace provides competitors and teams of the NSW Formula Ford Championship with access to sell and browse items for sale from the Championship Community. You also understand and agree that the organisers may include advertising on its websites and that these are necessary for the organisers to provide the services that it does to you.

3. Your Obligations

In using the NSW Formula Ford Championship marketplace service, you agree to these Terms of Service and that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under the laws of Australia and other international jurisdiction. You also agree that the information that you submit to the NSW Formula Ford Championship marketplace is true, accurate and complete information.

4. Content submitted or made available for inclusion on the NSW Formula Ford Championship marketplace

NSW Formula Ford Championship does not claim ownership of the content submitted or made available for inclusion on the NSW Formula Ford Championship marketplace service. The information posted on this service is one that is solely the owner of the advertiser that supplied this information and the organisers of the NSW Formula Ford Championship will not be held responsible for the information that is posted on this service. Further, the organisers of the NSW Formula Ford Championship will not be held responsible for an errors, omissions or inacurate statements made in any posting within the marketplace service.

5. Termination or Removal of Marketplace Posting

All marketplace items will be posted for a period three (3) months only. Items may be removed earlier if requested by the advertiser or by the exclusive discretion of the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to remove or edit any posting to the NSW Formula Ford Championship marketplace service for any reason, as well as for any which it feels is in breach of any the Terms of Service outlined in this document. The organisers may deny a marketplace posting without stating any reason thereto.

Any advertisement that is or is not posted is at the full discretion of the organisers of the NSW Formula Ford Championship.
